The items listed will be used in our High School Culinary lab. In Culinary Arts students will be using them while learning to read recipes and preparing foods. It is my hope that my students will fall in love with the art of cooking. Every student needs to know the basic principles of cooking. I believe it is a necessary survival skill. Cooking not only is a survival skill but also teaches very important social skills. Our students use it to build communication skills as well as foster special friendships.

About my class
