This kit will make it possible for my introductory engineering students to get their first exposure to programming and building robotics vehicles. I am building the course to include many technology and engineering activities. This kit would allow students to learn many new skills and engage in engineering design challenges. For example, I would like to have students make a model of a Mars rover to learn more about space exploration. I also would like to have students use sensors on the robot to accomplish various tasks. Eventually, I would like to host a community youth event during which people will compete in various challenges.
