Our fifth graders have struggled as a whole since 2nd grade. They have been plagued with many behavior issues, learning needs and challenges as well as environmental issues. Additionally, four glasses became three a few weeks ago, and this adjustment has proved to be a challenge. Enter Hogwarts Academy through the magic of Harry Potter we are working to apply lessons from the story to ourselves and our school community. We are learning to control what we can, ourselves, learning to handle our emotions, support each others, and build our community into a group of kids we are proud to be...oh and three weeks in, some are loving to read for the first time. Please join the magic! Help our kids grow! Making positive changes, taking responsibility for themselves and helping each other find their inner magic.
