My students are ready to present their reading, writing and social studies projects and have them look well made and neat with a bit of art built in. With a Silhouette cutting machine, we will be able to cut and make professional looking projects along with team shirts and other team building items ourselves. We want to show what we know, build class and team spirit, and present our learning neatly to others. We feel that by being able to cut using the Silhouette system and do some digital designing, we can better present what we know to others. We hope to team with some other classes and create cooperative learning groups in and across the grade levels. We can cut and make team items as well as polish our presentations. We've talked about even being able to create some neat items that could tie into our Financial Literacy lessons and become a class fundraiser too.
