Flexible seating allows students to have a choice in the way that they learn and to decide what is the best option for them to succeed. When students are not only comfortable but given a choice in where they are sitting, they are much more motivated to do well. If my students have a choice of where they are sitting, they are much more likely to be engaged in their work and cause less disruptions to their peers. The products that I have chosen will help my students by giving them seating options in the classroom that will help them make better learning choices for themselves. The ball seats and bouncy bands will help my very active class get some of their energy out in a positive way that is not disrupting anyone else and making their learning more meaningful. These will be especially useful for the students that just need to be moving around throughout the day. I have noticed that when given the choice, students will usually make better decisions for themselves and I hope that given these options, it will help us to grow even more!
