Chromebooks will help my students in a variety of ways. We only have three desktop computers for 23 students. Our school allows students to bring their own devices, however many of my students do not have technology to bring in. Allowing students to have technology also opens them up to the various resources offered in the online world that are more interesting, diverse, and relevant to their lives. I am passionate about helping my students succeed in every way. Having Chromebooks available for students to use would mean that everyone can have a voice in their learning. We will be able to utilize the Chromebooks for tech tools like Flipgrid and NearPod. With these Chromebooks, students will also have immediate access to relevant information, which is so important to hook my 3rd graders into learning!
