My students will have the opportunity to cook for the community for the first time. A retirement party will be held at our school premises, and the Culinary Arts program was invited to make desserts for the event. It will be a great real-life experience for my students. Our kitchen lab will be transformed into a commercial catering kitchen. They will learn the dynamics of the commercial kitchen when working for a big event. Our kitchen will need supplies for this event that will happen in May. This opportunity will be a fantastic learning experience for them. We much appreciate your contribution. Thank you!
