Flexible seating options will make a difference in my students learning by giving them my choices, which will encourage independence and increase motivation. Giving choices and taking charge of their own learning will lead to positive outcomes. Currently my students have been using clipboards while sitting or lying on the floor, which is often uncomfortable. Choice in seating is very motivating but it needs to be comfortable in order to improve engagement and work completion. Wobble seats, floor seats, and balance ball seats will allow movement to improve focus. These options will positively affect productivity and behavior, helping students succeed!
