All of the students in our class, want to code our Dash and Dot. Our class has only 2 iPads and we need one more. This would allow more students the opportunity to code comfortably in our classroom. It is also an engaging and fun way for the students to reinforce their math skills. The mathematicians have been programing Dash and Dot to bowl. The first graders set up 10 plastic pins and code Dash and Dot to knock down the pins. This reinforces subtraction facts to 10. Learning the subtraction facts while bowling with Dash and Dot sure is more fun than flash cards!
