We are now living in a world of sensory overload, the stress of school, broken families, and internal pressures. Kids need meditation as much as adults! Meditation and yoga helps kids develop focus, self regulate their own emotions, and learn how to pay attention to their bodies inside and out. Meditation and yoga gives them a sense of center and, therefore, resilience. It raises their vibration energy and allows them to be in a much calmer, happier state of mind! Bringing yoga mats into my classroom will faciliate this process and get my students excited about making this mind body connection!

About my class
