Seasons, holidays, feelings, transportation, dinosaurs... We learn about it all in my Special Education Preschool classroom. My students enjoy learning about the different topics within our weekly themes. Learning about the seasons is fun. Leaves change color in the fall, and it snows in the winter which means we can build a snowman! Every day we read books and with being a brand new first-year teacher, I am desperately wanting to expand my classroom library for my little readers. With a wide variety of thematic books, I would be able to provide my students with visual learning materials and develop their interest in literacy. We are so excited to get our hands and EYES on new, and fun educational books.
