A Sensory Room or "Brain Break" is a specially designed room which combines a range of stimuli to help individuals develop and engage their senses. These can include lights, colors, sounds, sensory soft play objects, aromas all within a safe environment that allows the person using it to explore, interact and relax. Sometimes students or even a class need an escape or just a "brain" break from their daily routine at school. There are many benefits to having a sensory room in our school. It stimulates the senses, improves balance, movement and spatial orientation, enhances learning and play, promotes emotional well-being, tackle behavioral problems, provides a safe and effective therapeutic environment, and improves patient-staff communication,
