Our scholars love learning about and using technology and exploring the world around them. Tablets in the classroom will bring these two loves together so that they can truly reach for the stars. Bringing these tablets to our classroom will provide our scholars access to amazing digital learning resources! Scholars will have greater access to resources like ReadWorks, Prodigy, Kiddle, Edpuzzle, and Kahoot. Access to digital content will allow learning in individual, small-group, and centers activities to be student directed and will improve essential 21st century skills.
Kids learn to love reading by reading about what they love and learn to love learning by learning in the way they love. With these tablets, our class will be able to access individualized reading content while staying focused on necessary skills. When we research and write informational reports on animals, scholars will learn valuable research skills in an information-heavy digital world. By engaging in game-based learning, scholars will build enthusiasm for learning while building their skills and progress through content that is targeted to their individual needs.
Help us create a student centered environment by giving our scholars access to the technology they need in class!
