Every student should have the opportunity to see themselves as a great individual. These books will inspire my students to reach for their dreams, which currently include becoming a parent, a candy maker, a cop, and the president. With these new books, my students will be able see themselves as one of these ordinary people who accomplished extraordinary things. The books chosen exemplify diverse individuals making a difference in the world by achieving their unique dreams. Every week I have a star student. On the same day my star student shares about him/herself, I will read about an inspiring individual. Reading about people who are similar to my students will help my students see they, too, can change the world. Help my students see themselves as inspiring individuals by purchasing one or more of these books!
