The materials needed for this project are for the students in my club who wish to increase mental health promotion amongst their peers campus wide. Student have expressed an interest in conducting various mental health days and weeks such as kindness week and strafer week where they will host a table during lunchtime and have their peers answer various questions about mental health services and self-care utilizing the wheel, the students will get prizes such as wristbands and Kind bars and will walk away with the knowledge of mental health services on and off campus in the community as well as with a working knowledge of positive coping mechanisms. Students are also looking forward to fostering a healthy environment through various posters around campus, students will need poster paper and markers to craft up posters promoting the club as well as motivational sayings for their peers to walk away with.
