Group activities are something that is extremely difficult for my students due to their varying needs. The use of two round tables will allow my students to attend more easily. Students can be divided up into two small groups to aide in decreasing behavior during our morning meeting, language based activities, table top tasks, sensory table time and pre-vocational tasks. The tables will also allow for adequate surface area to complete projects with minimizing behavior by dividing students into two groups based on needs and behavior. There will be less distraction for the students to allow opportunity for them to be more focused which in turn creates productivity and success!
