My students are learning to use, create and share Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Classroom--BUT we have to share 25 laptops with over 140 other third grade students. This will help us keep access in our room (40+ students), for students to work on independent projects on a rotation basis. We are also learning the Do's and Don't's of the internet, including how to be safe, lawful, and about our digital footprint! My students have little to no experience on laptops. I feel these are things they will need to know how to operate in life! They will graduate in the year 2028! They are sponges when it comes to tech! They are getting more confident in finding our electronic work spaces! I love watching their technological growth! When they create: they are 100% fully engaged; they help one another; they listen and follow directions better; and they HAVE FUN LEARNING!
