Students learn best through hands-on experiences. My students have the opportunity to work with STEM bins on a daily basis. Unfortunately though, we don’t have many materials for them to work with. With the purchase of these items, students will be able to work collaboratively in groups to design and build. I want my students to have access to a variety of materials to create with. The students always looks forward to using STEM time to work with their peers on building new inventions. I am asking for several different materials to add to our STEM station so that students can choose what material they need to make their design. These items would be a tremendous help and addition. This way, the students would also have the option to work independently as we would have plenty of materials. The coding robots would also be used during this time to work on coding. I know my students would love the chance to work with these new items!
