Pieces of broken crayons. Missing colors. Off brands that just aren’t the same. I want our students to experience the joy you feel when you open a brand new box of fresh crayons and start to color the picture, or diagram, or illustration. A simple thing- a new box of crayons- will spark excitement for their schoolwork and will help grow their sense of pride in their work. The younger grades spend time working on their fine motor to help their writing. Coloring is one way their fine motor skills can improve- and with new crayons- the excitement will grow.
