We are beginning the last preparations for our STAAR exam. Students are needing small group activities and games to practice on areas where they need to focus. The requested materials will help motivate and engage my students. Quality reading passages will help increase success through practice. We create fun and engaging ways to practice with these passages. An area where students often lack are non-fiction passages. The non-fiction Kid's Time practice will help students practice in engaging ways. My students have shown tremendous growth in their learning from last year. However, we are lacking resources to create fun and engaging ways to practice. The games will allow us to have fun while learning.
