This is my 21st year teaching and I still feel that excitement each new school year! I want my students to have all the things, cute pencils, a variety of highlighters, a fully stocked classroom library, and endless supplies to show them I care enough to ensure they have all the necessary tools to succeed. My middle school students are creative, original, and sometimes weird (which I love) and reading and writing can go both ways...they either love it or hate it, but I am here to ensure they leave the end of the year loving to read and write or capulting them to new heights as critical thinkers and writers. Please help me steward a love of learning in my class!!!
