The high school band performs at many school functions and parades throughout the school year. Our high school band currently owns 1 marching bass drum and 2 marching snare drums. We will have 5 members of the percussion section next fall and we do not have the instruments to provide for them to play. My project will be the beginning of several to help provide the necessary instruments to fit our growing band program. As the membership grows, so does the need for more quality instruments. The marching band will need 4 snare drums, 3 bass drums and a set of quads for performing at school functions and parades.
