The donation will help expand the minds of my students through various genres in literature. The books already have a special spot in our classroom, once they are purchased. The donation would not only help my students with their fluency and accuracy when reading, but also with their comprehension. We will be able to take each novel and work on vocabulary, compare and contrast, projects using Venn diagrams and character webs. The students will also be able to complete summaries for the chapters they read to check for understanding. The different novels will be able to expand their vocabulary and knowledge on various genres. Please help my class by donating to our cause and providing books for my deserving students.
