I chose a variety of hands-on learning games and materials to make learning letter and number concepts fun and engaging for young minds! My special needs Kindergarteners learn best when allowed to touch and explore different manipulatives. They also get time in their day to have sensory breaks where they can regulate and relax their bodies and minds. The students in my classroom come to me for help and support in their general education classroom, therefore the materials, toys and games that I present must be exciting and engaging. The materials and games that I have chosen will be fun and effective to meet their Individualized learning goals and objectives.

About my class
