Students will be able to use this equipment, footballs and soccer balls, to find an activity that will help promote a healthy lifestyle. Students love to get outside and play as part of their health education. By being able to “play” as they learn keeps students engaged and excited about the curriculum. Exercise is one of the main strategies to help combat mental health, obesity and also is an outlet to keep kids off drugs, tobacco and alcohol. I discovered by allowing students 15 minutes at the end of class helped reduce their stress level and also helped them build positive relationships at school.

About my class
