Flexible seating makes the classroom environment more comfortable, fun, and relaxing. It allows students to take charge of their learning as well. With our being a program of choice, the students are constantly moving around working throughout the classroom. Currently, we have a few rockers which the students absolutely love and share, but I would love to have enough for the entire class to have an option. The options I have selected such as stools, cushions, and comfy floor chairs will allow students to be more comfortable and in return help student be more engaged rather than worrying about sitting in chairs all day. I hope that these options will help the students grow even more.
