Every day my students look forward to cooking in our Global Arts and Culture class. They have been able to take the techniques and recipes utilized in class to go home and cook for their own families. Food has always brought people together and this class not only helps to bring families together at home, but we've been able to create our own sense of family together at school through food. The Kitchen Aid stand mixer, along with hot plates, a food processor, and other items will be incredibly useful in helping my students cook more efficiently and try out more recipes.

About my class
