Students are required to create STEAM projects by using technology for creating, developing and designing. I have my second graders create and design projects that will help solve their frustrating situations. They do this by inventing things to make their frustrations easier to deal with, which requires research, creating and designing. We do not have adequate technology in the classroom. Having Chromebooks in the classroom will give the students the opportunity to design multiple STEAM projects and also improve their comprehension in reading by practicing on several programs. They will also be able to practice math problems as well. Additional notebooks will improve the students' learning in many different ways.
