The students and staff in our school work extremely hard day in and day out. We, as teachers try to create classrooms and work areas that are fun, creative, and welcoming to our students. Once we have spent our time, money, and effort to create these items to be displayed in and around our classrooms, it would be nice if we could actually preserve them through lamination, to use year in and year out! That is where a laminator would do the trick. We could use it to preserve our work, and lessen the burden of recreating our masterpieces! Our students work tirelessly on many projects throughout the year. It would be nice to be able to preserve their work, so they can have it for a lifetime! As a mother of grown children, I wish that my children had some of their work preserved. Instead, I have a plastic tub full of torn, musty smelling papers from their grade school years! It would just be nice to be able to give the kids something to look back on, and say "wow, I really made this?", or "wow, I really wrote this? A laminator would allow me to provide this small gift to my students! And lastly, I am asking for some snack bags. I have students that do not have snacks for after school. I will continue to purchase snacks for these students, but a donation would just ease the burden! I hope that you will consider making a small donation that will not only help teachers preserve their classroom decor and projects, but will also benefit the students with a "look back" to their school days!
