Many of my students have ADD/ADHD and have a very difficult time focusing. These stools and alternative seating options have been proven to help students better focus in order to get the most of their learning each day! When a student is able to choose how he or she is most comfortable and how he or she is best able to focus, then those students are able to get the most out of our instruction. We have a few alternative seating options in our room now and we have had students state how much better they can focus when they are free to move their bodies in the ways that they need. It would be so wonderful to allow all of our students that opportunity each day, rather than just a few.

About my class
