Our school has purchased licenses for many wonderful educational websites for students to use in the classroom. These programs are designed to individualize reading and math skills to help students build on the skills they need to become proficient in first grade. However, due to a lack of funding our school has a limited number of Chromebooks in our school. The Chromebooks are given to 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades to help prepare them for standardized testing. We often share a few Chromebooks among our grade level. My project will bring much needed technology to my classroom. Students will be able to access these programs and grow in their reading and math skills. This project will continue to help students for many years to come. Please help bring technology into my classroom. You will be opening the world of learning through technology.
