Our students are growing up with technology all around them. Incorporating technology is the classroom can help keep our students up-to-date and prepare them for the future. Giving students a paper and pencil is beneficial for certain areas, but it doesn't always keep students engaged. A few iPads will be used during small group instruction and will allow all students to use them at different times in the day. The use of these iPads will help students in all subject areas and keep the students engaged. We can practice our Spelling words, review Math facts, add reading material, and use many more apps. I also want to use these Ipads to attach a genius kit called Osmo. This kit allows the students to play engaging review games in all subjects. High students can use the Ipads to challenge them further in class. Lower students can use them as review or work at a different level without other students knowing they aren't "on level." All students will benefit from these Ipads in the classroom.
