My students are lucky enough to have the opportunity to use a technology based language arts and math program while I work in skill based instruction groups. Headphones will allow students to focus on their own lessons and not be distracted by the background noise that comes from other students. Also, white boards are a great teaching and learning tool. Students stay engaged in their learning while using white boards. It gives them a chance to solve problems individually and show their answers in a quick and environmentally friendly way. White boards are also a great way for me to see who is understanding and who may need more help.
