I am asking for books in order to promote reading in my classroom and in the home. My students are working on their AR goals. By increasing the number of books in the classroom, students will be able to have a larger variety of books that they might be interested in. I am also asking for reading skill cards to use in my small groups, With skill cards, I will be able to focus on improving specific reading skills that a few of my students are lacking. I am also asking for social math games in order to get the kids excited about learning their math facts. A number of students are struggling with multiplication due to deficits in knowledge of basic math facts. Lastly, I am asking for book bins so that I can organize the classroom library by reading level.
