My students will be taking their phonics and spelling practice, which is usually done with paper and pencil, and now be able to advance their technology skills while they practice typing! Adding new things to routines can help enhance student engagement and foster a joy of learning. Also, what an environmentally friendly way to practice word work by typing it instead of writing it on paper. Say goodbye to old word work ways, and hello to exciting opportunities to do word work while learning how to type. The sight word bingo will also be a great tool for our classroom to help us get practice for these important words in a fun way.
