I plan to use the mobile demonstration table to demo many different aspects of cooking. I will use it to show them how to properly measure and use specific kitchen equipment. The mobile cart will be used to demonstrate different cooking techniques and applications in the kitchen. I will also give the students the opportunity to utilize the cart to give their classmates demonstrations as well. This demonstration cart will be used daily by many students. It will be used as a home base for ingredients and supplies needed by the students. My students will be taking part in different community service opportunities to show their cooking skills as well.
