My students need more access to nonfiction material in the classroom. Scholastic News and Geographic Spin subscriptions would be ideal for my students who are curious about life, science, and other cultures. These magazines would also help engage my more hesitant readers because of the colorful photos and other graphic sources. My small group instruction could also be enriched using these magazines. The STEM book set would also be ideal for student learning in my classroom. The amount of science curriculum we have available in the classroom would be much improved by including these books in our class library. Thank you for your consideration.
