Did you have lunch-time activities while you were in school? I did, and it was fantastic! We currently don't have a lunch-time activities program at my school. Students eat their lunch, and then hunch over texting and playing on their phones. I have a group of students working to change that. The school's student leadership council is getting team sports and fitness activities organized during our school lunch breaks. The student council will have team sign-ups available in the cafeteria, and then organize the lunch-time playing schedules. We will be highlighting several different sports throughout the school year. The only thing students at our school will be using their phones for during lunch will be to post pictures of how much fun they're having while getting fit.
