My students love hands-on activities and learning. I have selected different types of STEM materials that will help them in discovering science and math skills on their own. The microscope slides will encourage them to look closer to the world around them as we learn about insects and growing things. The magnetic and connecting sets will allow them to discover how math is part of their everyday life and the importance of correct calculations. Each of these items along with the STEM set will help all of my students to develop an inner self esteem that is needed in all learners as they begin to explore and become independent learners.
