I am working on creating a classroom set of Ipads and Ipad minis for my darling students. My district wants to implement technology is all ways possible which I full support so that we can stay with the generations to come. I have noticed that my group of students adhere to and prosper from the use of technology in the classroom as an assistive tool. However, some of my students cannot bring their own device to school because they do not have one to bring. So my goal is to get a class set so that my students will have nothing to hinder them from going above and beyond to achieve their goals. In my class we use different programs for center and intervention to bridge any gaps that a student has. We use programs such as i-ready and mobymax for interventions. My students also have countless number of reading, writing, and math apps that they can use during center.
