Our autism class consists of 6 unique and diverse kiddos! The kids in our class have a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Disorder and need significant learning and social supports as a result of their disability. Our classroom has a highly structured school day with individualized learning opportunities for our students. I modify the general education curriculum to meet our student's differing strengths and needs. Our students benefit from multi-modal communication, adapted materials, visual supports, movement breaks, and access to sensory materials.

About my class
