My students have great imaginations and creativity. They are masters of public speaking and have collaboration skills that would put adults to shame. Many are already involved in various trades, the arts, and agricultural fields. They are a great groups of students that take pride in their chosen career paths and local community. I believe I have the best students! Did I mention they all hate Math? I teach students who struggle with Math courses. These students work hard everyday to overcome their math anxiety and succeed in this class. I currently have a small variety of calculators in the classroom to assist students, but every students knows, the best calculator to acquire before class is the TI-30XS. I have student asking teachers to leave classes early on test days to be able to grab one of these for a test or quiz. I want to offer this technology boost to all my students without them having to fight over resources.
