The Chromebooks will help my students practice math skills on a daily basis. They will have access to math games, ixl and Khan Academy, which are all computer-based math practice programs to enrich their math skills. With your help, my students will have access to an alternative method of instruction and additional practice. My students have different learning styles and a computer based learning environment would be a great asset. Bringing this technology to my classroom will greatly influence my students' engagement levels because they are genuinely interested in technology. This generation thrives on technology, so why not use that interest and knowledge to further their conceptual understanding in subject areas such as mathematics?
