The best way to improve reading and test scores is to provide access to BOOKS, encourage free CHOICE, provide time to read and support student reading. As a middle school teacher, I am committed to creating a love for reading with high interest, rich literature. I can supply the time, encouragement and support but seek your donations to partner with me in providing the books. I am requesting books for my classroom library that will help engage junior high readers. My students and I have worked hard to compile a great list of books to support and grow their love for reading. Please consider supporting our 6th-8th grade classroom library.
