Our scholars need creative outlets especially during these unprecedented times of COVID 19. Recording their stories gives power to their experiences and gives their voices power. They become more comfortable in speaking their truth, as well as speaking truth to power. We are teaching tomorrow's leaders so training them to use their voices to create platforms for themselves and others in a page out of the book of Servant Leadership!
