These kinesthetic experience materials will support a sparkling new initiative to develop interest in the secondary UAS Technology program. Middle school students will develop and utilize unique electronics and robotics skills and explore interest levels in Unmanned Aerial Systems Technology in order to better engage students at the higher levels of interest. Most young students see nothing more than airplanes and helicopters at the airport and I want them to see so much more. These classroom materials will engage students in developing an understanding of the principles of automation, controls, power systems, robotics, GPS and guidance systems that drive our transportation and analytics industries across the globe.
