Some of our materials do not have 'homes' in our classroom yet and we need your help to provide those homes! With the seat sacks, students will be able to store their pencil boxes which have all the necessary tools they need for the day without getting lost or misplaced. Having a place for students to keep track of their materials will help them become more responsible for their things. The donations to this project will benefit the material organization of my classroom which is important for our classroom to function daily. With a new rectangular table, students will be able to work in a space of their own and they will also be able to learn how to collaborate with one another. Working with others is an important 'soft' skill and we want to give students the opportunity to practice that skill. Giving students close proximity to one another while also giving them their space to work will help them accomplish this goal.
