Our school is filled with about 400 lively, creative, talented & diverse students. We have about 16 different languages spoken at our school, about 60% of our students come from a family whose 1st language isn't english. We are at about 98% free/reduced lunch, low socioeconomic, and a Title I school. We are located in a rural town in NC. Our students don't have the options most children do - such as playing on a local soccer team, going to volleyball camp or a football clinic. They're incredibly talented, dedicated & motivated to learn. They may not have much in the bank - but their hearts and smiles are huge ... and they deserve the world!
