These resources will all be used to support the Nevada Academic Content Standards in my physical education, weights, and health classes. The book and teachers pay teachers card will help to meet 1.PCE.HS.1. It will allow me to create engaging lessons for students to learn healthy practices and behavior. The P.E equipment will allow me to meet the physical education standards 3.12.1, 3.12.2, and 3.12.3 which will allow students to engage in a variety of physical activities. These will allow me to fulfill a COVID-related learning need in my classes because students will focus on social, emotional, and physical well being. These areas have declined in the COVID era as students have not had the typical schooling experience. I will use these materials to help students meet the lacking social, emotional, and overall health skills.
