Using this round table in my classroom, I will be able to closely meet with students who need literacy interventions. Students will meet at this table daily for thirty minutes in groups. Multiple students will meet with me at this table simultaneously to work on specific skills such as phonics, decoding, comprehension, and vocabulary. During my literacy intervention time, it is vital that I am able to work at a table in close proximity with my students. In addition, the table will be used to facilitate cooperative learning for projects and assignments. Technology is used daily in my classroom. My students would love to have a table they can sit at together using their Chromebooks to complete their projects or assignments.
